Maintenance Week 2018

Maintenance Week 2018

Suntide Island Beach Club shut down for maintenance during week 37.  The entire crew was busy doing as many repairs, replacements and improvements as can be physically accomplished in 1 week.  The maintenance staff power washed all outdoor furniture, power washed sidewalks, walkways and the entire parking lot and painted just about all of the wood walkways, staircases, sundecks and sidewalks.  In addition, ZeroRez spent 3 days power washing and sealing the entire pool deck (it came out really nice), SleepKing replaced all queen and king beds and box springs, Rob Odeh Construction replaced 2 beams and numerous floorboards in the walkway above the hotdog grill, Gettle Pools resurfaced the pool gutter (where the drains are located), Tom Paul Custom Cabinets replaced kitchen cabinets, counter tops and back splashes in units 211, 213 and 215, Gulf Coast Fire and Safety inspected and certified all fire extinguishers during their annual fire and safety inspection and Stanley Steemer steam cleaned all carpets, sofas and pillows.  The kitchen cabinet replacement will continue with another half dozen scheduled to be updated over the next few months.
